Logan R. Walter, Associate Attorney

Logan is an associate attorney with diverse experience in corporate law, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and trust & estates, including estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration.

Before joining Fenton & Keller, Logan served as an associate attorney at JRG Attorneys at Law. In her position, Logan played a pivotal role in crafting transactional documents for the business law department, handling cannabis mergers and acquisitions, overseeing business escrows, and developing her trust and estate skills. Prior to working at JRG Attorneys at Law, Logan was an associate at the Law Office of Ian Roven, Esquire, in Malibu, serving its business law and entertainment law clients.

Logan earned her bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University in 2012 and graduated with Cum Laude honors from California Western School of Law in 2017. Logan’s commitment to excellence is evident in her successful passage of the Bar Exam in both California and Virginia. As a dedicated advocate for her clients, she places a strong emphasis on open communication and building solid relationships.
