
Julianna represents clients in a wide range of legal matters, with a primary focus on general business transactions, real estate, and employment-related civil litigation. Drawing from her experience as a licensed real estate professional and her background in handling unlawful detainer and landlord-tenant related disputes, Julianna provides practical legal guidance and advocacy tailored to her client’s needs.
Julianna is a graduate of Monterey College of law and a proud first-generation attorney. During law school, she participated in several legal clinics, including, mediation, negotiation, and unlawful detainer clinics, where she gained valuable experience. In addition, Julianna’s prior real estate experience provides her with a unique insight into real estate and property-related matters.
