- Informing employees about leaves.
- Common compliance challenges and how to minimize them.
- Identifying ad designating overlapping and consecutive leaves.
- Documenting requests, denials, and timing of leaves.
- Managing leaves, including the employee’s return-to-work, and addressing potential issues.
