This seminar is designed for business owners, human resource professionals, payroll managers, and others responsible for personnel matters.   • Informing employees about leaves.
  • Common compliance challenges and how to minimize them.
  • Identifying ad designating overlapping and consecutive leaves.
  • Documenting requests, denials, and timing of leaves.
  • Managing leaves, including the employee’s return-to-work, and addressing potential issues.
