
Bryan has made a career in land use, real estate, environmental, transactional, and public entity law, and has advised clients through the land use entitlement processes, code enforcement cases, administrative hearings, public meetings, appeals, exactions, litigation, and much more. He brings that experience to our clients at Fenton & Keller, ready to advise businesses, individual property owners, public agencies, and nonprofits.
Prior to joining Fenton & Keller, Bryan worked as a Senior Deputy County Counsel for Fresno County, advising the County for seven years in planning, land use, zoning, roads, ethics, and transparency matters. During this time, Bryan was also assigned to serve as the general counsel for Fresno County Rural Transit Agency and the Fresno Council of Governments, including by advising their legislative bodies during public meetings. Bryan also has experience with the City Attorney’s Offices of Stockton and San Jose, including as a municipal code prosecutor and police advisor, in private practice, and as a law clerk in Washington State.
