Tara’s practice focuses on business transactions, estates, and civil litigation. Prior to joining Fenton & Keller as an associate attorney, Tara worked for an international law firm assisting in the representation of public and private sector clients for a variety of litigation and corporate matters, including employment disputes, the 2010 Alaska Redistricting Board litigation, as well as business transactions, and nonprofit and corporate formation and governance issues. Tara also has experience representing clients in conservatorships and probate.
While attending Lewis & Clark Law School, Tara was selected as an Outstanding Oral Advocate in the First-Year Appellate Moot Court program and worked as a law clerk for a midsize firm in Portland, Oregon assisting in complex commercial bankruptcy cases and debtor/creditor rights.
