Bradley’s practice focuses on employment law litigation and counseling, and general civil and business litigation.  He advises and represents employers regarding employment matters, including wage and hour class actions, discrimination, retaliation and harassment litigation.  Bradley also counsels employers on wage and hour policies and practices (e.g., meal and rest periods, wage statements, hourly and overtime pay, regular rates of pay, termination, handbook policies, etc.), and compensation matters such as commission agreements and incentive programs.

 

Prior to joining Fenton & Keller, Bradley worked for a Central Valley law firm representing agricultural, manufacturing and hospitality employers in labor, employment, and wage and hour matters, including large wage and hour class action lawsuits; discrimination, harassment and retaliation lawsuits; disability accommodation litigation; and business-related matters, including confidentiality, non-disclosure, and arbitration agreements. 

 

Bradley has experience representing clients before various federal and state courts, appellate courts, and also administrative agencies, including the California Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Employment Development Department, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
