Ashley’s practice focuses on civil litigation, employment law, trust and estate litigation, and business litigation.  Ashley began working for Fenton & Keller in 2008, assisting in civil litigation matters, and continued to work at Fenton & Keller throughout high school, college, and part of law school. While attending Monterey College of Law, Ashley was chosen as a winner of the Heisler Moot Court Competition and upon graduation, Ashley received an award for Outstanding Academic Achievement. Still involved with Monterey College of Law, Ashley has worked as a Criminal Law & Procedure Teaching Fellow and Civil Procedure tutor. Prior to joining Fenton & Keller as an associate attorney, Ashley was an associate for a local, private criminal defense firm, where she focused on cases dealing with veterans and mental health issues, and was mentored by from some of the finest criminal trial lawyers in the area. Born and raised in Pacific Grove, Ashley brings with her a passion for legal writing and research, and a love of the Monterey Peninsula and Central Coast communities.
