Carlos Rodriguez

Carlos is a native of Monterey County and is proud to serve the community he has long called home. He earned his Juris Doctor from Monterey College of Law, where he distinguished himself as a Heisler Moot Court Finalist and received the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award upon graduation.

During law school, Carlos gained practical legal experience through several clinical programs, including mediation, small claims, and unlawful detainer clinics, where he developed valuable advocacy and client service skills.

Before joining Fenton & Keller, Carlos gained valuable experience in personal injury law by working closely with a respected Monterey County attorney with more than 50 years of experience. This mentorship provided him with practical insight into client advocacy and litigation.

Carlos is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve the diverse communities throughout the Monterey area. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal matters with professionalism, clear communication, and personalized attention.
