Laura’s practice focuses on employment law litigation and counseling and general civil litigation.  In her employment law practice, Laura advises and represents employers and employees regarding a variety of workplace issues, including wage and hour claims (individual and class action), discrimination and harassment, disability accommodation, hiring and termination, and contractual matters. She has successfully represented clients before state and federal administrative agencies, including the California Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Laura helps business owners, managers, and HR professionals navigate complex workplace laws and proactively avoid future litigation with proper policy implementation and management.

During law school, Laura was honored to serve as a Policy Research Fellow for the Panetta Institute for Public Policy. Prior to joining Fenton & Keller, Laura obtained valuable civil litigation and employment law experience, which includes working with a litigation team that obtained a $12.5 million jury verdict award.
