Eli’s practice involves both civil litigation and employment law. As an experienced litigator focused on commercial litigation, he has represented business owners and individuals across a wide variety of industries, including construction and real estate, agriculture, hospitality, technology, retail, labor contracting, healthcare, and manufacturing. He has efficiently achieved favorable outcomes for clients in State and Federal court, as well as through mediation, arbitration and appearances before various administrative agencies. Eli also advises clients on a variety of workplace issues, including wage and hour law, discrimination and harassment, accommodation of disabilities, medical and other leaves of absence, unemployment insurance, hiring and discipline, privacy issues, and employment policies. Prior to joining Fenton & Keller, Eli interned with an entertainment law firm in Los Angeles, and practiced civil litigation and employment law in San Francisco and San Jose.
