ANGUS CANNON

Angus’ practice encompasses both civil litigation and transactional matters. With experience in many phases of litigation, Angus has advocated for clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, contractual and general business disputes, trust and estate litigation, class action lawsuits, and commercial landlord-tenant actions. In his transactional practice, Angus has worked on matters involving labor and employment, hospitality, business formation, insurance, banking and finance, and commercial transactions. This experience includes forming one of the nation’s first commercial drone photography businesses and obtaining a Section 333 Exemption from the Federal Aviation Administration.

Prior to joining Fenton & Keller, Angus worked at law firms in the Bay Area and Sacramento where he represented a diverse group of clients ranging from large financial institutions and national insurance companies, to closely-held businesses and individuals. Angus’ experience with such clients uniquely enables him to understand complex legal and business issues, while never losing sight of the bottom line goal for each individual client.

Angus received his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2013. While in law school, Angus was a member and editor of the Santa Clara Law Review, competed in moot court, and was involved in a number of student organizations. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Financial Management from Cal Poly University San Luis Obispo in 2009. Born and raised in Monterey County, Angus is a graduate of North Monterey County High School.
